Meet The Speakers

Phil Daru

Phil Daru is a 5x award-winning strength and conditioning coach who has worked with some of the most elite athletes and fighters in the world, including Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Dustin Poirier, Jr. Dos Santos, Frankie Edgar, Hector Lombard, and over 200 professional fighters each week.

His impressive resume also includes Olympians such as Robeisy Ramirez and Judo Olympian Angie Delgado, as well as world-renowned celebrities like Timbaland, Logan Paul, and Kevin James.

In addition to helping athletes at the highest level, Phil has mentored over 5,000 coaches from around the world, helping them master their business, programming, and more.

Wyatt Griffith

Wyatt Griffith is a nationally recognized Human Performance Analyst and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has worked with elite athletes such as NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens, Sammy Watkins, and Kurt Benkert, along with professionals in the NFL, NBA, UFC, WWE, and Olympic sports. Wyatt also co-produced a show with Terrell Owens, which premiered on Hulu and Fubo, and was associated with an Emmy nomination for its focus on sports performance

In addition to athletic coaching, Wyatt has applied his skills to recovery and rehabilitation, working at DISC Centers of America to design programs for patients with traumatic injuries. He now serves as the Tactical Conditioning Coordinator for the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, improving operational performance and reducing risk for law enforcement personnel.

Wyatt's approach to strength and conditioning centers on producing measurable results and continuous improvement, driven by his belief in striving to be 1% better every day.
